Meet Our Founder:
Teressa L. Ingram (Kaye)
I have more than 20 + years of experience with helping and supporting families through births, miscarriages, abortions and other life changing events. I gained a great deal of that experience through working in women’s healthcare and pediatrics. I am a certified doula. I received my credentialing through the
National Black Doulas Association.
I am a sister, friend and nurturer. I have been called to be a birth worker!
I am a gatekeeper for women, to assist them as they usher their babies Earth-side. I am here to remind you of your courage, strength, and resilience if you become too overwhelmed and forget. Much gratitude for your consideration to serve you! Together, we got this - Let’s Doula!

Postpartum Care
Service: $28 per hour-long session (2 session minimum)
You’ve delivered, now what? Postpartum period is up to 1 year.
During this time you may need extra hands to assist you and your partner after everyone returns back to their daily routine. We can assist with light house cleaning, running a few errands, preparing meals or recipes, or simply giving you and your partner time alone to do whatever you may desire- including sleep!
Holistic Fertility
Service Package: $250
As a Holistic Fertility Doula, I provide natural measures to help cleanse, prepare and support the body for conception over a period of three months.
Services Include:

Placenta Encapsulation
Service: $250
Most mammals consume their placenta after giving birth - placenta encapsulation is the most popular method for human consumption. Placenta encapsulation is the practice of ingesting the placenta after it has been made into pills. (The average placenta provides 90-125 capsules.)

Sex Doula
Service: $50 per hour-long session
A Sex Doula holds space as a healing guide who offers techniques based on a holistic, ancestral approach using remedies that stimulate growth, understanding, and rediscovery of one's self. During our hour sessions we will discuss ways to help you reconnect sexually with yourself by walking you through elements and styles tailored specifically to you for healing around your sexual -spiritual health.
